Summer-sault flexi-schedule
Begins Monday, June 5, 2023 and ends July 28, 2023.
Our summer weeks are getting shorter as the surrounding school districts start of their year has become sooner.
We are offering our 4-week (you pick any week you would like to come. We are flexible!) Example: 2 weeks in June and 2 weeks in July or our ALL summer 8-week package.
Pre-school 4 weeks - $85
Best Deal- ALL Summer (we will be closed for the fourth of July, therefore our Tuesday students can pick another day and time to come during that particular week) Best Deal $155.00
Basic Skills - 4 weeks - $90

Fantastic Friday night Clinics
Our 1-hour clinics are full of drills and skills to advance all ages and skill levels.
Do 1 Clinic for $15 members, $18 non-members
Do 3 Clinics for $40 members, $45 non-members
Do 5 Clinics for $70 members, $75 non-members

Age 5 and up. Cartwheel clinic is for age 4 and up.
*Friday nights in the summer from 7pm to 8pm.

Super Hero Ninja monkey Camp
A FUN week of learning skills and drills on the vault, bars, beam and floor. Our energetic, safety-certified coaches work with small groups to identify strengths, teach proper technique and encourage gymnasts to reach their highest potential.
*Students will be awarded a medal and certificate of participation at the end of camp.
Age 5 and up and ALL skill levels
June 5-9, M-F, 9am-12noon
July 10-14, M-F, 9am-12noon

Super Hero Ninja monkey Camp
Superpowers! Let's fly, leap buildings, cross oceans with a single bound! Core muscle control is essential for superhero strength. We will build strength with chin-ups, box jumps, handstand walks and more. Side rolls, height drop, kong, strides, step vault, climbing, flipping are all a part of this camp as each Ninja learns the basics.
Students will receive a cool Ninja Monkey achieve band.
Ages 4 and up - Boys and Girls

Cheer and Tumble Camp
Cheer and Tumble Camp
Cheer and Tumble Camp
Tumble, tumble, tumble. Fundamentals of cheer, tumbling, stunts, motions, dance, jumps and more. Campers will learn a dance routine, cheers and chants with stunts and jumps incorporated and more.
A certificate of participation and a Foothills CHEER Bow will be given at the end of the camp week.

Athlete Boot camp

Cheer and Tumble Camp
Train like an athlete. We will help obtain and set fitness goals for your overall sports agility. We will work on balance, speed, flexibility, and reflexes which are all necessary for any sport. This is a great camp for all who are seeking better work-out habits and overall sports agility.
We will have one or two special guests come and give their expertise in training like an athlete.
